SUSANVILLE — When the weather gives them snow, the rangers at the Almanor Ranger District in Lassen National Forest give free, guided snowshoe tours. The tours, scheduled for Jan. 31 and Feb. 8 and 22 are open to the general public and school groups. No previous experience or equipment are necessary.
