LANSING — Michigan has reported four new human cases and two additional deaths of a mosquito-borne virus that could lead to a severe form of encephalitis in humans.The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced the new cases of eastern equine encephalitis, or EEE, on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
