HAMILTON—The family home of a notorious Hamilton mobster could be yours for $699,900.The four-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home of mobster Pat Musitano at 206 St. Clair Blvd. is now on the market. The sale comes in the wake of a spate of violent incidents at the address in recent years.Needless to say, that’s not part of the sales pitch.“Love big old homes? You’ve definitely found your dream home on a beautiful tree lined boulevard,” reads the listing description. “Filled with character and charm.”Realtor Ann Cosens declined to discuss the home’s sale — or potential stigma attached to it.“I feel that everything that needs to be known is out there on the web under realtor.ca,” she said. And looky-loos gunning for a rare chance to poke around inside a mob home will be out of luck. There will be no open house, Cosens said. In May 2017, Musitano’s younger brother Angelo was shot dead in the driveway of his Waterdown home. Then, in April 2019, Pat Musitano was shot multiple times — including in the head — outside his Mississauga lawyer’s office. He suffered life-threatening injuries but survived. It’s unclear if he returned to live at the St. Clair Blvd. home after he was released from hospital the following month.Meanwhile, at least one neighbour said she’s had real estate trouble she attributes to the crime neighbours.
