A treasure trove of hundreds of lunar rocks procured in the first-ever human moon landing are now available to select scientists to analyze for the first time. Nine U.S. teams picked in March will begin to pore over the relatively unseen lunar samples which have been stowed away in vault at Johnson Space Center for decades. The samples include pristine rocks, dust, and cross-sections of the lunar surface recovered by astronauts in NASA`s Apollo 11 moon landing nearly 50 years ago.
