UK car insurance price rises in reverse following two consecutive quarters of rising premiums

LONDON, Monday 15 April 2019 - Comprehensive car insurance premiums have fallen for the first time since H1 2018, with UK motorists now paying £762 on average, some £5 less than they were paying this time last year, according to the latest Confused.com Car Insurance Price Index in association with Willis Towers Watson. This also represents the smallest annual shift in prices since 2015.
