U.S. Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell blocked the second attempt from Democrats who tried to pass a resolution which would have prompted the Justice Department to release Special Counsel Robert Mueller`s report in full into Russian meddling during the 2016 presidential election on Monday, according to Reuters.
