CHICO, Calif. (AP) - The Latest on California´s wildfires (all times local): 10:30 a.m. Hundreds of people displaced by the Northern California wildfire have lined up outside a mall in the city of Chico where the Federal Emergency Management Agency set up an assistance center inside what used to be a Sears department store. Also assisting residents of the area destroyed by the fire were California´s Office of Emergency Services and its Department of Motor Vehicles. Carol Manzo lost her mobile home in the town of Paradise and stood in line with her daughter in law and three grandchildren. She´s says she hopes to ask FEMA workers about lodging for her family.
