11/14/2018 ATLANTA (November 14, 2018) - On Thursday, November 8, 2018, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that QMetry Corporation in Lexington, Ky. will receive $100,000 to create a novel remediation process that uses oxidation to remove perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) from contaminated soil and sediment.
