Hughes County employee health costs won´t rise much for 2019

The Hughes County Commission got some good news that made them smile Monday at their regular meeting, from an insurance agent´s quote. Zach Clark of Clark Insurance in Pierre, told the Commission the Wellmark quote for a renewal of the employee health insurance plan for 2019 would amount to a 1.5 percent increase in cost to the county, if the commission follows the same formula it has in the past for employee options.
