BOOTS has been accused of exploiting cancer patients by charging the NHS £3,000 for pain-killer mouthwash that can cost less than £100, it's reported. Owners of the high street pharmacy allegedly used a loophole in drug regulations that allows suppliers to set their own fees for some unlicensed medicines, known as "specials"....
