NET Health seeking input as part of infant mortality grant

A local public health organization is seeking input on how to spend up to $67,500 IF YOU GO to reduce disparities in infant mortality rates in Tyler and Smith County. The Northeast Texas Public Health District, or NET Health, has received the grant money through the Texas Department of State Health Services` Healthy Texas Babies program. The department awarded grants to public health entities in eight regions of Texas. IF YOU GO Healthy Me Healthy Babies, a coalition dedicated to addressing infant mortality in the region, will meet at 3 p.m. Monday in the Genecov Room in the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce building at 315 N.
