In our recent leadership and management meeting we identified twenty-four individuals working across the business who we wanted to hear from. With more than a hundred years` experience between them, they were all asked to think about how we can push our product and improve our service. There was a twist - we were talking to the people who don`t usually get asked. They collectively came up with thirty ideas, some of which will be implemented into our business and your software. We worked with representatives from every department including support, engineering, finance, sales and marketing.
