Ardmhéara Mícheál Mac Donncha tonight announced the winners of the Dublin City Neighbourhood Awards 2017. The winners were presented with a special certificate and prize fund at a ceremony in the Hogan Mezzanine Suite, Croke Park, Dublin 3. Acknowledging the many hours of voluntary work put in by people in communities all over Dublin City to improve their local area, D11 Transformers, Poppintree, Ballymun, Dublin 11, are this year`s overall winners receiving a prize fund of EUR3,200. The people who live in the `Courts` in Poppintree Ballymun began by transforming one of the green areas in their estate into a beautifully landscaped space and then went on to transform all of the green areas...
