Toowoomba´s Peacehaven Park blooms just in time

The upgraded Peacehaven Botanic Park at Highfields has opened just in time for the 68 annual Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. At the official opening of the improved 4.7 hectare park, Minister for Local Government Mark Furner said the Palaszczuk Government was proud to help fund the upgrade. `A grant of almost $313,000 was provided for the project, which employed 15 people from the design phase through to completion of construction,` Mr Furner said....
