I disappeared deep into the Welsh countryside for two days earlier this month to learn about harmony, as in `Harmony in Food and Farming`, writes Angela Karp. The occasion was a conference organised by the Sustainable Food Trust and inspired by a book by Prince Charles, Harmony, A New Way of Looking at the World.
