Board of developmental disabilities unveils 3-year strategic plan

After seven months of work, the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities has a new strategic plan. Its focus, as stated in the first goal, is to strengthen person-centered thinking throughout the agency. `Go after the wants, needs and desires of those we serve,` stressed Superintendent Brent Baer.
