Police in Manchester, England, said multiple people were killed and injured Monday night in what appeared to be an explosion at an arena where American pop singer Ariana Grande was performing.Greater Manchester Police released a statement saying so far 19 people have been confirmed dead, with another 50 or so injured. They said they were treating the explosion as a terrorist incident until they knew otherwise.
