India stands ready to work with UN to ensure supply of COVID-19 vaccines in Syri

India is ready to work with the United Nations and its agencies to ensure that Covid-19 vaccines are delivered to people to people of Syria, said the country`s Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu. The diplomat was speaking at the UN General Assembly high-level panel on the human rights situation in Syria on Tuesday, where he mentioned that Syria is facing a `dire` situation, compounded by the pandemic, winterisation and good security.
