RED BLUFF — As of Friday, 64 inmates had contracted COVID-19 at the Tehama County Jail since July. With guidelines constantly evolving and new information pouring in, both the jail’s staff and inmates have had to adapt and evolve daily, leading to difficult discussions and management tedium.
