SAGINAW, MI -- Voters in Saginaw County will be met with a proposal on their November ballots this year that will ask them to consider funding for public health needs in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The proposed millage asks voters to consider a property tax in exchange for strengthening Saginaw County`s public health infrastructure and capacity.
