The Hunt Club apartment complex in Winston-Salem has been sold for the third time in the past 5½ years, this time to a New York residential management group for $9.92 million. The 128-unit complex is at 103 Echo Glen Drive near N.C. 67/Reynolda Road and Old Town Drive.
