DANVILLE — Voters will likely be asked to decide on a 5-year loan of $550,000 to replace the school`s failing — and in some parts, failed — ventilation system during a virtual meeting set for Aug. 4 at 6 p.m. Whether that meeting can proceed as a virtual vote is still not known and the Vermont Secretary of State`s office is consulting with Caledonia Central Supervisory Union Superintendent Mark Tucker and legal counsel, the public was told during a special meeting on the urgently needed ventilation project and hope to get voter permission to borrow the funds quickly, before a bond vote in-person, if that`s possible. × This page...
