Wolesi Jirga Endorse SAARC Development Fund Bill The Lower House of Parliament on Wednesday`s plenary session endorsed SAARC Development Fund Bill. The session was held under the chairmanship of Mir Rahman Rahmani, while members of International Relation Commission presented SAARC Development Fund Bill, after voting it was endorsed with majority votes in 36 articles and an annex. During the voting, 127 member were present in the session and the SAARC Development Fund Bill except 16 opposite vote verified with majority votes.
