Ranchi: While the Jharkhand high court on Friday will deliver its verdict on a petition by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey seeking the court`s nod for the Mela in Deoghar, chief minister Soren asserted his government`s decision to not host the month-long religious ceremony on Thursday. During the hearing of the PIL, the state government`s counsel also expressed the administration`s reluctance to host the mela.
