Tuesday will mark 10 weeks since Bay Area residents started sheltering in place to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. Quarantine fatigue is a growing concern. So are legitimate economic anxieties. The question on everyone’s mind is, and has been for weeks now, when will it be safe to significantly open the region?
