Nagpur: The central government´s proposed order of Vintage Motor Vehicle Order fails to recognize privately registered trucks, buses, six-wheelers and three-wheelers. `At the same time it completely ignores motorbikes, scooters and mopeds,` stated Central Ind Vintage Automotive Association, based at Nagpur, in a letter submitted to the ministry of transport and highways.
