Allan Affeldt, the guy who renovated an historic hotel in Las Vegas, New Mexico, improved another and has brought back the Legal Tender restaurant and saloon in Lamy, has put together a team of community leaders and a plan for the campus that represents an estimated $400 million investment. It’s impressive.
