(TSX-V:KNE) (the `Company` or `Kane Biotech`) today announced that it has completed the second closing of its previously announced private placement offering (the `Offering`) of units (`Units`) at a price of $0.12 per Unit effective August 17, 2017. At the second closing, the Company issued 1,100,000 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of $132,000.
