Halloween Is Getting Two New Sequels, John Carpenter Confirms
(GameSpot PSP News)

Fans of the long-running Halloween horror franchise have much to celebrate--there are two new movies on the way. Halloween creator John Carpenter has announced that the next two films in the series will arrive in 2020 and 2021.Carpenter revealed that the titles of the next two films are Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends. The former will hit theaters on October 16, 2020, while the second movie arrives on October 15, 2021. Carpenter`s announcement came via Twitter--check it out below:The saga of Michael Myers and Laurie Strode isn`t over. #HalloweenKills #HalloweenEnds @HalloweenMovie pic.twitter.com/l4KT8sUo4q - John Carpenter (@TheHorrorMaster) July 19, 2019The movies will see the return of Jamie Lee Curtis in the iconic role as Laurie Strode, which she first played in Carpenter`s 1978 original Halloween and reprised for last year`s hugely successful reboot.
