CHARLTON – Four Score Holdings LLC received selectmen’s approval Tuesday to negotiate a host agreement with the town administrator for what would be the town’s second cannabis cultivation business. Four Score principals are seeking town and state approvals to site a 20,000-square-foot marijuana growing and manufacturing business at 144 Sturbridge Road (Route 20).
