Hutchinson family sues over listeria in ice cream

A Hutchinson woman has sued a Delaware manufacturer, believing her child was made sick from listeria on an ice cream bar purchased at Dillon’s in Hutchinson last year.Staci Pankratz filed the suit last week on behalf of her 14-year-old daughter, Aubri, who was treated twice at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center after eating the Kroger-brand chocolate ice cream – on Nov. 6, 2017, for nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and fever, and then again Nov. 9 for nausea and shortness ......
