NORTHBOROUGH – Police say a Northborough man fled the scene of a crash on Thursday, but it was easy to track him down.Officers followed debris on the road to Daniel M. Jacobs, 21, who was parked in his driveway at 23 Adams Road, police spokesman Lt. Joseph Galvin said Friday.At 9:07 p.m. Thursday, police went to South Street for a report of a crash.
