Auburndale rezones to allow new Dollar General store

AUBURNDALE – The City Commission unanimously approved a rezoning request and site plan Monday night, clearing the way for a Dollar General store to be built at Old Lake Alfred Road and Lake Ariana Boulevard.The binding site plan shows a 9,100-square-foot building, access from both Lake Ariana Boulevard and Old Lake Alfred Road, and wall, fence and landscaping buffers between the store and neighboring homes.As presented Monday night, the plan had two changes that the ......
