Mass shooting at Halloween vigil turns deadly as one man dies while vigil organizer reflects on long-term effects of trauma for friends, family

Pierre Riley was a friend of the woman who was being honored that night, said Cherice Patterson, who organized the vigil on the city`s West Side. Police said two shooters left 14 people shot, including a 3-year-old, an 11-year-old and 13-year-old.
