Former federal prosecutor defends his own brother in murder case, but behavior works against him

The lawyer has submitted a barrage of filings, some of them striking racial tones and some of them strangely sexual, filled with allegations of collusion and conspiracy, and all pointing to a deep belief that powerful people are working together to keep his brother behind bars.
