Thank you so much Rector Wegener. It`s a great pleasure to meet you again. And this is actually the first time I have addressed so many students across so many countries at the same time. And I am really delighted to be together with all of you today. NATO has been the most successful alliance in history. Because we have been able to adapt as the world changed. But we need to ensure that we continue to change. So we have launched what we call NATO 2030. This is about how we can shape NATO to better meet the challenges of the future.
