Varex Announces Pricing of Private Offering of $300 Million of Senior Secured Notes

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Varex Imaging Corporation (Nasdaq: VREX) today announced it has priced a private offering (the `Offering`) of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2027 (the `notes`) at an offering price of 100% of the principal amount thereof. Varex intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to pay in full all amounts outstanding under its existing credit facility, which includes its term loan and revolving credit facility, and for general corporate purposes.
