ASX RELEASE 28 September 2020 Boral announces Board renewal Boral Limited ("Boral" ASX: BLD) today announced that two new independent non-executive Directors have been appointed to the Board. In addition, Boral has agreed to appoint two nominees of Seven Group Holdings Limited ("SGH") as non-executive Directors.
