RECORD-BREAKING temperatures in the UK are bringing swarms of jellyfish to its beaches. Below are the species that swim in British waters, including the dangerous ones that could put you in hospital. Moon Jellyfish 6 Moon jellyfish are about 10 inches (25cm) in diameter but can grow a bit bigger. They're common in the UK but not powerful enough to give anything but a minor stinging sensation.
