(NYSE: SC) (`SC`) announced that SHUSA`s request for certain exceptions to the Federal Reserve Board`s (`FRB`) interim policy (the `Policy`) related to the Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test and Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (`CCAR`) has been approved.
