NOTICE TO THE MARKET Valid acquires Estacionamento Digital and expands its presence in Management of Smart Cities Rio de Janeiro, May 21, 2020 - Valid Soluções S.A ("Company") (B³: VLID3 ON), pursuant to item 4 of article 157, of Law 6,404/76, as amended, and CVM Instruction 358/02, as amended, announce the acquisition of controlling stake in Estacionamento Digital, a startup company accredited to provide the electronic management services for public parking lots in the cities of Belo Horizonte, Salvador and Fortaleza.
