Man dies after he urinates on CTA tracks, falls on third rail

(EVANSTON) An Indiana man died late Sunday after he came into contact with the electrified third rail at a CTA Purple Line station in north suburban Evanston, authorities said. The man was on the CTA Purple Line South Station platform at 601 South Blvd. in Evanston about 11 p.m. with two other people when he came into contact with the third rail, according to CTA spokeswoman Lambrini Lukidis.
