Cornerstone Drive Neighborhood Puts On Car Parade SOUTH WINDSOR -- The Cornerstone Drive neighborhood recently held a car parade for approximately an hour in the PRS School Neighborhood. The information on the parade was shared via social media and people cheered on and awaited the parade. It has inspired other neighborhoods and so now over the next few weeks, every Saturday evening, there will be a car parade in the town in the PRS school district area, spreading positive cheer.
