Texas man rescued from Hudson River after he jumps in water

An out-of-towner was rescued from the river Sunday morning after he apparently jumped into the frigid water, according to police. The 23-year-old from Texas was found by a passerby floating in the Hudson River, just off of Pier 55, near 15th St. and the West Side Highway around 4 a.m., police said.
