OSHKOSH - Taking a stroll down Main Street in Oshkosh, one can see the history of the town´s buildings and relive the past as the businesses inside work toward their futures. A number of building along Main Street have their historical stories told through plaques on the building. MARK McCARTHY/Star-Herald The 2010 Garden County Centennial Planning Committee provided means and funding to put up a series of Old Town Historical Plaques on the buildings of Main Street with a detailed history of each building.
