Like the perfect mix tape meant to get the entire family to dance at a backyard party, the third annual Tropicália Music & Taco Festival brought the vibrant sounds of Los Angeles´ Latino culture to Pomona this weekend. `I´m back because this is the music that you listened to growing up…it just brings memories,` said 27-year-old North Hollywood native Billy Nunez, who was attending his second Tropicália concert.
