WESTCHESTER >> It should have been Tre Samuel´s triumphant moment. Playing in his first game since fracturing his wrist in Week 3 last season, Samuel broke free for a 75-yard touchdown run on Westchester´s first play from scrimmage. Admittedly, Samuel got caught up in the moment, turning and waving at a Locke defender as he sped toward the end zone. The flag for unsportsmanlike conduct came flying next, negating the touchdown and creating an inauspicious start for Westchester in an uneven 30-14 season-opening nonleague...
