Tennessee puts Stephen West to death by electric chair

Tennessee inmate Stephen West, who was found guilty of the 1986 kidnapping and stabbing deaths of a mother and her 15-year-old daughter, died Thursday in the electric chair, according to the Tennessee Department of Correction.
