Mrs. Muriel Williams Scroggins, age 41, wife of Toby Scroggins, and a resident of Lynnville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 12, 2019 at her residence.A memorial service will be held on Friday, Aug. 16, 2019 at 5 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home with Rick Bilyeu officiating.
