After almost a decade as M&T Bank´s regional president in Philadelphia and South Jersey, Ira Brown has been promoted to area executive - adding oversight of central and northern New Jersey to his ongoing responsibilities. Bernard T. Shields, formerly manager for the Buffalo-based bank´s commercial real estate group, has succeeded him as regional president.
